The armor bonus was crazy!!! I took 1 damage every other hit against the Dust and I don't think I took more than 8 damage on any attack from a boss or the dealer. I moved pretty slow(Also I had the money slowing you down curse so that might have been part of it) but it only affects walking speed so rolling was still fast. I used the Immovable Object armor and the Enormous Shield. I only used the instant kill ability on the King of Plague and the King of Scales so I only needed the healing once. I believe time heals is a popular artifact but I used the ring of justice. This also resets the inventory if you've got extra money to spend).īlood crescent is super amazing and very useful in this fight but you need some way to regain health. The highest you can keep your health before the boss, the better (you can bounce between the entrance and the final shop to regain health if you've got extra food. Honestly its mostly luck, even with what I thought was an unbeatable combo of gear I ended with ~20 health out of 100.

So delicious.ĭon't forget, on the last wave (Scales), you must kill the King of Scales first, before you can kill anything else. I've had this proc on the King of Plagues and King of Scales. As every enemy has a high chance on dealing damage to instantly kill themselves. IF you can pick up the Wrath of the Kraken helmet, it makes the dealer infinitely easier. My friend and I beat him with Scorching Zeal, Wrath of the Kraken, Skeleton King's Shield, and Hag's Wraps. Especially when you consider that the explosions/lines after each wave get harder and harder to dodge, and deal like 27 damage. Normally though, it is really just a difficult fight. On the Skulls wave, this will set you up so that you'll only need to hit each boss twice to kill them.

Just stand where they all spawn, and use your weapon ability to do decent damage to all and stun. If you can get your hands on Scorching Zeal, that thing will absolutely wreck the waves.
#Hand of fate 2 tips full#
My best tips I can give, is to try and pick up something like The Skeleton King's Sword for in-combat regen, and The Ring of Justice (heals to full on weapon ability usage) as an "OH SHIT!" button.
